Oldsmobile trucks in 1936 used a 213ci side valve engine (same as
the passenger car line) and 4 speed transmission. The truck was offered
as a 2½ ton (12,300lb gross) model with dual rear wheels and a lower rated 1½ ton
(9300lb gross) model with single rear wheels. Two wheelbases were offered being 131" and 157".
Although there are limited images of these vehicles outside of Australia it appears that the Australian vehicles were fitted with a later cab than the rest of the world.
